Strict Compliance or Lack of Concern?

The current Zimbabwean jurisprudence does not have a lot of cases involving animal cruelty. Does this mean that people are strictly complying with the provisions of the relevant laws regulating animal protection such as the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act or there is actually lack of concern of the protection of animal protection?.There is need to have an insightful look into the laws that protect animal welfare and see if they are effectively preventing cruelty against animals .Let’s join forces in ensuring the prevention of cruelty against our animals .
